A Harvard study shows that the average woman needs 100-150grms per day while a man needs 150 +grms per day.

My training as a personal wellness coach taught me alot about how to properly nourish my body. I got into protein shakes a dew years ago and LOVE them!

You can buy protien shakes at any health food store. Just make sure its soy. Soy protein has less fat. Ideally you should be getting 20 or so grams of protein in each shake. Watch for added sugar. Choose a product with the least amount of sugar or you are defeating the purpose.

Protein shakes are a great way to feed your body what it wants to build muscle wih burns fat. Adding nice fruits will give you the complex carbs and vitamins. And the protein will make you feel full so no hunger cravings. Subsitute breakfast or lunch or just have them as a yummy snack. A proper women's health diet!

Natural Health and Diet Therapy Isn't Hard!

Personally I don't like to use the word diet. Diets don't work! You've probably figured that out by now or you wouldn't be reading this. Properly nourishing your body does work. And now you have the information to move forward and make healthy choices regarding losing weight with alternative health nutrition.

Make sure to get your vitamins in there too. Don't start substituting all kinds of meals for shakes without getting your vitamins in!
