I am a women's health specialist in natural holistic healing, my great passion and love in life! To expand, grow and help others in their process. Welcome to my site...

I started my journey to spirit pretty young, at the age of 20. I figured there had to be more to life than just climbing the social ladder and making money.

So I embarked alone on a transformational trip of a lifetime through south East Asia for 16 months. Two things happened on that trip that brought me to further investigate natural holistic medicine, healing and the power of the mind.

• I met a very wise 80 yr old+ Chinese man in Beijing who spoke absolutely no English,

• and a spirited Yogi who looked like Osama Bin Laden hiding out on the secluded beaches of Thailand.

These two experiences changed my life forever.

Because of that old Chinese man in Beijing who read my health with surprising accuracy after just looking at my pulses, I ended up studying Traditional Chinese medicine and acupressure. I eventually starting my own thriving practice back home in Montreal focussing mainly on women's health issues..

 

And through my Yogi friend in Thailand I was introduced to universal energy through yoga and meditation.

I became myself for the first time, more confident, definitely more healthy, aware, happy but most of all grateful. My friends back home didn't recognize this "new and improved" Vanessa.

Mind, Body, Spirit Connection to Healing

But was there any scientific backing to all this energy talk? I wanted to know. And how could such a powerful and ancient healing tradition as Chinese Medicine be kept so hidden?

I investigated, and explored some more and here's what I found to be the most important aspect in healing.

As a women's health specialist in acupressure/massage and the coaching work I did with women, I discovered the biggest factor in staying balanced and healthy has to do with where your mind is at.

Left unchecked or ignored your emotions will literally kill you. How's that for to the point.

Fast forward 7 yrs, I am off again on yet another fantastic journey, this time starting in Hawaii to learn more about the laws of attraction and power of the mind. Jan 2008

This women's health sites creation started with an intention...one made in Thailand in 2001 when I met a man who traveled 6 months of the year with his online business!

My intention here is to share what has helped me the most in living healthy and free to follow my dreams.
